Design Service

Initial Design Briefing
Our design service process consists of two rounds to ensure that the final designs meet your expectations.

You’ll start by providing us with a detailed briefing, including your brand identity, target audience, style preferences, and any specific inspirations or references. Based on this information, Mentor GM will prepare the initial design concepts
Design Presentation
We will provide 2-3 design concepts for each requested style. These concepts are based on your requests and will reflect the design direction that aligns with your goals.

You will have the opportunity to provide feedback on the designs. This can include requests for adjustments or refinements related to color, fit, construction, and other design elements.
​
If necessary, we will incorporate further refinements based on your second round of feedback. After this round, the design will be finalized based on the most suitable adjustments.
Technical Pack Delivery
Technical Drawings
Detailed representations of the garment’s construction and design specifications.
Bill of Materials (BOM)
A comprehensive list of materials, trims, and components required for manufacturing.
Color Instructions
Specifications for all fabric colors, including Pantone references, ensuring consistency in production.

Under a well-organized structure, Mentor GM provides technical expertise in performance products and CE regulations, fabric sourcing, accessory development, pattern making, and sampling services.

At the end of this program, you will receive a comprehensive package including your garment patterns, measurement charts, production and assembly molds, as well as CAD files for accessories, prints, embroideries, other details, denim wash recipes, fabric consumption data, and production cost breakdowns.

With a fully developed collection, you will have the freedom to produce your products anytime, anywhere. As a brand with a complete collection, Mentor GM or other manufacturers can produce your products without development costs into their price quotations.
